The HIIT Decks App’s unique card game workout delivers the fun by keeping an element of surprise and suspense each time you draw a card to discover your next upcoming exercise. Choose the built-in decks - which include exercise demonstrations and modifications - specifically designed by your coach, Sherry, or build your own workout deck using your favorite exercises. You won’t believe how fast the time flies - but that’s what happens when we’re having fun, right?

The app’s innovative Workout Randomizer merges the element of suspense with workout customization. Simply choose the body parts you would like to work on, and the equipment you have and the app will design your custom made 20 minute HIIT workout for you.

And those are just a few of this App’s unique features on the first launch version. You’ll also be able to track your progress, training volume and get cues when you miss a workout! Plus you’ll be able to access full follow along in real time workouts, the Fall in Love with Fitness Podcast for a shift in mindset, and tons of in app challenges and bonuses! The HIIT Decks App was built by a CrossFitter and mother of two, who was nearly paralyzed after a traumatic car accident when she was 16. Sherry Shaban had to learn to rebuild her body after two back surgeries using creativity, patience, and a lot of self-love. Through experimenting with her own training and helping thousands of people transform their health and fitness over the last 23 years, Sherry developed a unique training method that utilizes an anti-diet approach to nutrition, and bodyweight movements and minimal equipment to transform your body, strength and health in under 20 minutes. Sherry believes we all have an obstacle to overcome that stands in the way of the highest version of ourselves. She believes that Fitness is Possible for Everyone. And this app will help you do just that.
